This is the ultimate fat burning cardio workout for all you chick boxers who want to have fun and get fit at the same time. Now you can get fitter, stronger and leaner - with a purpose! Here's what will happen: when you arrive, we'll wrap your hands with an authentic set of cloth hand wraps, then fit you out with some leather workout gloves. Then one of our trainers will show you the basic moves: stance, footwork, how to punch and how to hold pads. Then you will be ready to join our 1 hour fitness boxing class - where you only punch pads not people. That's right, you get fit, not hit ! This class is Sydney's original fitness boxing class - 14 years and still going strong, and has been featured on Channel 7's Sydney Weekender, Body + Soul, Cleo and In Women's Health Magazine. We have had over 10000 people train here in the last decade. What's so different about our sessions? For a start, it's in an actual boxing ring (think Rocky) - with hanging punching bags and not a step Aerobics class in sight. That's right - no more silly star jumps. You can work at your own pace.
